「イノベーションで世界を目指せ!」 NHK BS1、2月17日放送 を見ました。

番組制作の目的は以下の通りでした。

技術立国を目指してきた日本。ところが今、世界の中で大きく低迷している。終戦直後の混乱期を駆け抜けた経営者・本田宗一郎に、衰退しない日本のヒントを探る。

浜松の鍛冶屋の息子に生まれた本田宗一郎は、昭和３年、22歳で故郷・浜松で自動車の修理工場を開業、一国一城の主となった。一時、高等工業学校の聴講生となり、技術を学んでエンジンのピストンリングという精巧な部品の生産に成功した。ところが、太平洋戦争が勃発し、ゼロからの出発となった。宗一郎は、「人間休業宣言」をして、あらたなビジネスチャンスを探る。昭和のイノベーション男・宗一郎のしたたかな選択をたどる。

私は本田宗一郎氏に関する本、番組はできるだけ読んで、見るようにしています。

本田一郎氏が最初に手掛けたのが、1947年のエンジン付き自転車の製造販売（写真）でした。

1.  戦争の敗戦で不要になり余った小さなエンジン、すなわち、身の回りにある物を生かし、

2.  周囲の人たちが買い物などで困っていた交通手段、すなわち当時に日常の必要性、需要を感じ取り、

3.  エンジン付き自転車を生産販売（1947年）して社会的に貢献した、

ことが彼のモノづくりの一歩でした。

その後、競争に打ち勝つための種々のアイデアを具現化、規制を打破しながら、色々な挑戦を行い、現在のホンダが創生されました。

現在、将来においても人間は身の回りの良い物を利活用し、人間や社会が必要とする商品を創造し、社会に貢献できることは可能です。

I watched the TV show [Aim for the world through innovation!] on NHK BS1, broadcast on 17 Feb 2025.

The aim of the program was as follows.

Japan has always aspired to be a technological powerhouse. However, it is now largely stagnating in the world. The program looks for clues to a Japan that will not decline in the person of Soichiro Honda, a businessman who survived the chaotic period immediately after the end of the war.

Born the son of a blacksmith in Hamamatsu, Soichiro Honda opened a car repair shop in his hometown of Hamamatsu in 1928 at the age of 22 and became the master of his own country. For a time, he became an audit student at the Higher Technical School, where he learnt technology and managed to produce a complex component called an engine piston ring. But the Pacific War broke out and he had to start from scratch. Soichiro declared a 'human holiday' to explore new business opportunities. The film traces the bold choices made by Soichiro, a man of innovation in the Showa era.

I have been trying to read and watch as many books and TV shows about Mr. Soichiro Honda as I can.

Honda Ichiro's first venture was to manufacture and sell engine-powered bicycles in 1947 (see pictures).

1. Using small engines, i.e. things around him that were no longer needed and were surplus to requirements due to the defeat in the war.

2. To provide a means of transport that people around him needed for shopping and other purposes, i.e. by identifying an everyday need and demand at the time;

3. Manufacture and sale of motorised bicycles (the first of its kind), i.e. by making contribution to society (1947).

This was his first step into manufacturing.

After that, he took on various challenges and implemented various ideas to beat the competition and break the rules, creating the Honda of today.

Today and in the future, it is possible for people to use the good things around us to create products that people and society need and to contribute to society.

日本全体が寒気に包まれ、あちこちの大雪のニュースを見聞きしますが、尾道では久しぶりの雪化粧です。

一方で、全地球規模では最も暑い一月になったとBBCが昨日、報じていました。

また、VOAでは以下のようなニュース、研究 :2100年までに数百万人のヨーロッパ人が暑さで死亡する可能性、を報じました。

The whole of Japan is in the grip of a cold snap and we are seeing and hearing news of heavy snowfall here and there, and in Onomichi we have had the first snow cover in a long time.

Meanwhile, the BBC reported yesterday that it was the hottest January on record worldwide.

VOA also reported the following news about a study that says millions of Europeans could die of heat-related causes by 2100.

昨年開始した小型高効率太陽光発電・蓄電システム（ベランダ発電、狭地設置型、自動太陽追尾式）の開発のことです。

最初の発電能力規模を200W時から始め、次に400W時に、そして2月から600W時での実証実験を始めます。

その経緯はあたかも今日の市場の4割を占めて、日々活躍している日本の軽四自動車がその開発が250CCから開始して段階的に現在の660ccになったように。

小型高効率太陽光発電・蓄電システム（ベランダ発電、狭地設置型、自動太陽追尾式）は最初から大きなスケールでなく、必要に応じて徐々に発電のパワーをアップして、日本の家庭で地球気候変動防止のための持続的エネルギーとしていかに補足的に、効率的に電気を供給できるかを実証しています。

大型のソーラーパネルを屋根に設置できない多くの家庭でも、仮に50%の電気を商用電気以外から安価に自己調達できれば、地球気候変動防止への大きな貢献になるはずです。

高価で無駄を生むかもしれない完全、100%のシステムを無理して設置する必要はありません。

私たち一般家庭ではリスクの低い条件で、地球気候変動防止に対して可能な努力、実践、協力ができればいいのです。

This refers to the development of a compact, high-efficiency solar power generation and storage system (balcony power generation, narrow site installation, automatic solar tracking), which started last year.

We started with an initial power generation capacity scale of 200 watt-hours, then 400 watt-hours, and in February we will start demonstration tests at 600 watt-hours.

The process is similar to the development of the Japanese kei car, which accounts for 40% of today's market and is used every day, starting with 250cc and gradually increasing to the current 660cc.

Small high-efficiency solar power generation and storage systems (balcony power generation, narrow site installation, automatic solar tracking) did not start on a large scale, but gradually increased their power output as needed, demonstrating how Japanese households can complement and efficiently supply electricity as a sustainable energy source for global climate change prevention.

If many households, where they can’t have large scale solar panels on the roof, could, hypothetically, obtain 50% of their electricity at low cost from sources other than commercial electricity, this would be a major contribution to global climate change prevention.

There is no need to install a complete 100% system, which could be expensive and wasteful.

It is enough if we, as ordinary households, can make the possible efforts, practices and cooperation towards global climate change prevention under low-risk conditions.

小型・高効率太陽光発電・蓄電の第二試作システム（ベランダ・狭地設置型）、開発準備作業：

この開発作業は今年から本格的に開始しています。その準備作業は以下の通りです。

①  試作システム（165 x 255センチ）の2階ベランダから地上レベルへの移動。

②  第一システムで得られた知見を元にした、第二太陽光自動追尾装置付き架台の製作。

③  太陽光発電電気の利用のための屋外配線（3か所への給電用、合計約100メートル）。

④  太陽光発電電源と商用電源の自動切り替え装置の設置（主：太陽光電源、副：商用電源）、及び新コンセントの設置（3ヵ所）。

⑤  電源の自動切替装置を経由した電気は気使用量が大きいエアコンと冷蔵庫に配電、配線。

⑥  太陽光自動追尾装置コントローラーの屋内設置、及び太陽追尾装置とコントローラー間の配線。

Preparatory work for the development of the second prototype of the compact, high-efficiency photovoltaic power generation and storage system (balcony/narrow land installation):

This development work has begun this year. The preparatory work for this includes the followings.

(i) Moving the installation site of the system (165 x 255 cm) from the 2nd floor balcony to the ground level.

(ii) Production the second trestle with an automatic solar tracker using the knowledge gained from the first system.

(iii) Outdoor cabling for the use of solar generated electricity (to supply power to three locations, about 100 meters in total).

(iv) Indoor wiring for the use of solar generated electricity (installation of 3 automatic switching devices between solar generated power and socket power (main: solar power, sub: commercial power) and 3 new sockets at three locations.

(v) Wiring to 2 major electricity consuming appliances of air conditioners and fridges.

(vi) Installation of an automatic solar tracker controller indoors and wiring between the tracker and controller.

アメリカのトランプ裁判結果です。

添付写真はアメリカでの司法、裁判所への信頼度が大幅に低下したとの日経新聞と朝日新聞の報道です。

司法への信頼度低下は対岸だけの問題ではなく、日本でも同じでしょう。

その原因は異なっても、例えば弁護士による2次被害、拝金志向の弁護士によるＴＶ宣伝、自らの背信行為を隠して他人の背信行為を追求する弁護士、大阪地方検察庁の元検事正の事件、政治家の裏金問題、他など。

The accompanying photos show reports in the Nikkei and the Asahi newspapers that confidence in the US judiciary and courts has plummeted.

The decline of trust in the judiciary is not only a problem on the other side of the Pacific Ocean, but also in Japan, although the causes are different, such as secondary damage caused by lawyers; TV advertising by money-worshiping lawyers; lawyers who conceal their own breach of trust and pursue the breach of trust of others; the case of the former Chief Prosecutor of the Osaka District Public Prosecutor's Office; the issue of politicians' back taxes; and others.

円安によって3000万人以上の外国人観光客が日本を訪れ、インバウンド需要による好景気が生まれたが、よく見ると、日本の資産価値や私たち一般人の資産価値はこの10年で約100％も下落している。（添付の表参照、朝日新聞、2025年1月7日）

このような観点から見ると、2025年は日本にとって決して安穏としていられる年ではない。

故安倍首相を国賊呼ばわりした政治家（現総務大臣）がいたが、彼の政権下で、彼の名を冠したアベノミクスの成功と、彼の独善的な名誉と大企業の利益のために推進された円安政策が、日銀の盲目的な追随を受け、今日の安い日本を作り出し、庶民の生活を直撃する状況を作り出した。

この事実と在任中の森友・加計・桜問題を考えれば、彼は国賊と呼ばれても仕方がない。

今、最も重要なことは、基本に立ち返り、貧しい国だからこそ、教育を最優先とし、技術立国として生産性の高い生産型産業を育て直すことである。変化に弱い表面的な産業に流されている場合ではない。

The weak yen has attracted more than 30 million foreign visitors to Japan, creating a boom in inbound demand, but a closer look reveals that the value of Japan's assets, and those of us ordinary people, has fallen by about 100% in the last decade. (See attached table, Asahi Shimbun, 7 Jan 2025)

From this perspective, 2025 is not a year when Japan can afford to be complacent.

There was a politician  (now Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications) who called the late Prime Minister Abe a pirate, but under his administration, the success of Abenomics, which bears his name, and the policy of weak yen, promoted for his own self-righteous honor and the interests of big business, with the blind obedience of the Bank of Japan, created today's cheap Japan and a direct hit on the lives of ordinary people.

Considering this fact and the Mori, Kake and Sakura issues during his tenure, he deserves to be called a national pirate.

The most important thing now is to go back to basics and, as a poor country, revive productive, manufacturing industries as a technology-based country, with education as the top priority. This is not the time to be carried away by superficial industries that are vulnerable to change.

小型・高効率太陽光発電・蓄電システム開発作業は、SDGs、地球気候変動防止のために誰でも、いつでも、どこでも、安全にベランダや狭地に設置して使用できる小型発電・蓄電システムとして今年2025年は第二段階に入ります。

写真は第二世代システム（600 W規模）の開発作業の準備作業の一端です。

2月からは既存の太陽光発電装置設置会社（住宅建築会社）との協業が視野に入っています。

As SDGs, the development of this compact, high-efficiency solar power generation and storage system for the prevention of global climate change will enter its second phase this year in 2025, which can be safely installed and used by anyone, anytime, anywhere, on balconies and/or small ground spaces.

The photo shows some part of the preparations for the second phase (600 W scale) development work.

Starting in February, we are also looking to collaborate with existing solar power equipment installation companies (home building companies).

私は以下の5つの分野で時間を使っています。

健康、趣味、情報交換（社会的ふれあい）、ボランティア活動、仕事。

趣味としては、クラシックギターを弾くなど音楽が好きですが、日曜大工で生活用品を作ったり、電気工事、大工仕事、家の周りの木々の剪定など楽しんだりしています。

今年、ギター弾き初めは1月5日（日）「アルハンブラの思い出（Recuerdos de la Alhambra）、フランシスコ・タレガ作曲 – トレモロの傑作」で伴奏を（1）ギタートリオ、（2）ピアノ、（3）フルート＆ピアノの3種類で、各2回、計35分。

I spend my time in the following five areas.

These are health, hobbies, information exchange (socializing), volunteer activities, and work.

As for hobbies, I like music, including playing classical guitar, but I also enjoy Sunday carpentry to make household items, electrical work, carpentry, and pruning trees around my house.

My first guitar performance of the year was " Recuerdos de la Alhambra (Memories of Alhambra, Tremolo Masterpiece, composed by Francisco Tarrega)" accompanied by (1) guitar trio, (2) piano, and (3) flute & piano, each twice, for a total of 35 minutes.

We welcomed the New Year with clear skies and calm weather (Photo #1).

And this year's theme is the continuation of the development of a small high-efficiency solar power generation system (Photo #4).

Our grandson (4 years old), who was scheduled to return home, had to give up his trip due to a fever, but we are in good health.

毎月第二土曜日の夕方8時～9時の英検1級（&同等）資格者ネットワーク in 日本（メンバー数、150名）の最終月例会が先日行われました。

毎回、司会者が決める内容で会は進行しますが、英検面接試験に関する質疑、面接試験委員体験などに関する情報交換と、メンバーの仕事や生活に関する色々な情報交換で有益な会です。

先日は英検面接試験に関する質疑以外に、大学、小学校、塾での現在の英語教育界におけるデジタル技術活用の実態、功罪などをお聞きしました。

アナログ時代を経験してきた世代の私としては両方の良い所を生かせればと願っています。

来年2025年も相互研磨できればと願っています。

The last monthly meeting of the Eiken Level 1 (& equivalent) Qualified Persons Network in Japan　(150members), held on the second Saturday evening of every month from 8:00 to 9:00 pm, was recently held.

The meeting is always based on what the moderator decides, but it is an informative meeting where members exchange questions about the EIKEN interview test, exchange information about their experiences as interview examiners, and exchange various kinds of information about their work and daily lives.

The other day, in addition to questions about the Eiken interview test, we also heard about the current use of digital technology in English education at universities, elementary schools, and cram schools, as well as its merits and demerits.

As a person of the generation that experienced the analog era, I hope to make use of the best of both worlds.

We hope to be able to continue mutual improving next year in 2025.

最近、メディアに登場する弁護士、弁護士団で、明らかに責任を取らない、取れない人、他人の基本的人権を奪った人を弁護する弁護士や弁護団がその弁護理由を述べるのをメディアでよく見聞きします。（私にはその弁護理由は屁理屈にしか聞こえませんが。）

いくら法律を使って弁護の論理を組み立てても、憲法や法律は道徳・常識の一部で、それらは常に完全に正しいとは言い切れないので、弁護対象が道徳に反していれば、正論にはならない、と私は思っています。

私には彼等はお金のためなら何でもする人に思え、良い反面教師になりますが、決してその数は少なくありません。

我々には基本的人権があり、補償されていると憲法に定められているようです。（見たことも、確認したことがありませんので。）

権利と責任ということもよく耳にしますが、これは責任を取らない、取れない人に権利はないという意味だと私は理解しています。

Recently, I have often seen and heard in the media lawyers and lawyers' groups defending people who clearly will not or cannot take responsibility and who have deprived others of their basic human rights, giving their reasons for their defense. (To me, their reasons sound like quibbles.)

Since both the Constitution and the law are part of morality and common sense, and are not always completely correct, I believe that no matter how much law is used to construct a defense logic, if the subject of that defense is contrary to morality, it is not a good argument.

They seem to me to be people with anti-morality who will do anything for money, whose number is not small.

We have basic human rights guaranteed and stated in our constitution. (though I've never seen it or checked it).

We also hear a lot about rights and responsibilities, which I understand to mean that those who do not or cannot take responsibility have no rights.

1994年に開始したインターネットですが、ホームページ開設でその利便性を利活用した仕事、生活は丸30年を過ぎました。

尾道にアーバンインターネットというプロバイダーからのインターネット専用回線を引いたのが石井給食の石井社長で、尾道でのインターネットのパイオニアでしょう。

私は石井社長に勧められて、当時開発中だった「節電虫」の紹介、宣伝、販売を目的にインターネットに参加し、ホームページを開設しました。尾道では早く開始した一人だと思います。

ドッグイア―として換算すると通常の300年が経過したことになりますが、今後も、「健康・趣味・情報交換・ボランティア活動・仕事」の5分野、生活の一部として不可欠な存在であり続けるでしょう。

I started the Internet in 1994, and it has been over 30 years since I started it in working and living with the convenience of the Internet by setting up my homepage.

It was Mr. Ishii, president of Ishii Food Service Company in Onomichi, who set up a dedicated Internet connection from a provider called Urban Internet, and he is probably the pioneer of the Internet in Onomichi.

At the recommendation by President Ishii, I joined the Internet and set up a website to introduce, advertise, and sell “Setsuden-mushi” (electricity-saving device and its technology), which was under development at the time. I think I was one of the first in Onomichi to start the Internet.

If converted as a dog-year, it is as if the usual 300 years had passed, and it will continue to be an integral part of my life in the five areas of “health, hobbies, information exchange, volunteer activities, and work”

我家の前は坂道です。

天候や履物によっては滑りやすくなりますので、歩行や車の運転には注意が必要です。

そこで、現在及び今後の私自身と家族のために先日、車庫から手すりをつくりました。

We have a slope in front of our house.

It can be slippery depending on the weather and footwear, so care must be taken when walking and driving.

Therefore, I have recently installed a railing from the garage for myself and my family now and in the future.

今年で10年目でしたが、12月現在、全国から155名の参加をいただいています。

今年2024年だけで15名の新メンバーを迎えましたが、最近の特徴は海外での経験が豊富な方が多いこと、多様な企業勤務技術者が多いこと、英語資格も英検1級だけでなく、他の資格（全国通訳案内士、国連英検、TOEICなど）保有者が多いことです。

教育関係者は小学校から大学院教員まで幅広くなっています。

これらのメンバーには幅広い職業での語学力利活用経験を毎月の月例会でも披露いただいており、個人的にも有益なグループとなっています。

This was our 10th year, and we currently have 155 participants from all over Japan as of December.

This year 2024 alone, we welcomed 15 new members.

Recent characteristics are that many of them have rich overseas experience, many are engineers working for diverse companies, and many of them hold not only Eiken Level 1 but also other English qualifications (e.g., National Interpreter Guide, UN English Proficiency Test, TOEIC, etc.).

Educators range from elementary school to graduate school teachers.

These members have a wide range of experience in utilizing their language skills in a wide range of professions, which they share with us at our monthly meetings, making this a personally beneficial group.

コロナ禍を経て、先日26日にほぼ4年ぶりに合同練習に参加しました。

12月に予定されているコンサートへの賛助演奏ですが、私の都合もあり、練習参加数が2回と限られていますので、録音機で合同練習の7曲を同時録音して、演奏スピードや音量バランスなどのハーモニーを乱さないように、コンサート当日まで自宅練習に励みます。

After the Corona Disaster, I recently participated in a joint practice for the first time in almost four years on the 26th.

This is my complimentary performance to the concert scheduled in December, but due to my circumstances, the number of practice participation of mine is limited to two, so I have simultaneously recorded the joint practice of 7 pieces to be performed with a recording machine and continue to practice them at home until the concert day so as not to disturb the harmony of playing speed, volume balance and so on.

工場の生産開始50周年を祝うイベントが先日9日（土）に開催され、多くの関係者に交じり、私も一般参加させていただき、楽しい時間を過ごしました。参加の理由は、

１．私の友人で、同工場で勤務していた従業員の方からの誘いをいただいたこと、

２．日本の代表的なゴム会社を取りまとめている「一般社団法人 日本ゴム協会」の元会長、山下晋三氏（元京都大学・京都工芸繊維大学教授）の研究室に私が20歳代の時に在籍し、クロロプレングラフトナイロン66の合成に携わったこと、そして

An event at the Onomichi Plant of Yokohama Rubber Co:

An event to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the start of production at the plant was recently held on Saturday, September 9, and I, along with many other company officials, was able to attend the event as a general participant and had a great time. The reasons for my participation are as follows,

1. an invitation from a friend of mine who used to work at the plant

2. I worked in the laboratory of Mr. Shinzo Yamashita (a former professor at Kyoto University and Kyoto Institute of Technology), former president of the Japan Rubber Association, which organizes Japan's leading rubber companies, when I was in my 20s and synthesized chloroprene-grafted nylon 66, and

3. my coverage of the plant as an anchor on a local cable TV station.

小型・高効率太陽光発電・蓄電システムによる地球気候変動防止(7)：

冬至時期のパネルの南中角度とその修正作業

太陽光発電を、年間を通じて、最大効率化するためには発電パネルの角度を毎日及び季節ごとに変更する必要があります。

毎日のパネル角度の変更は東西方向の変更で、自作した太陽追尾方式で自動的に行っています。

季節ごとのパネル角度が南中角度ですが、春分と秋分時期は22度、冬至時期は34度、そして夏至の時期は10度です。

南中角度の修正は一年で4回だけですから、手動で行います。重心を中心に回転させて行えるようにパネルの台座を製作していますので、大きな力は不要で、簡単に行うことができます。

おかげで、天気が良ければこの時期でも9時から4時くらいまで発電効率が通常の倍以上の70%以上になります。（通常は30%程度です。）

添付データは11月9日、午前11時時点の数字で、発電効率は７７％です。

To maximize the efficiency of solar power generation throughout the year, the angle of the generation panels must be changed daily and seasonally.

Daily panel angle changes are made in the east-west direction, using a self-made automatic sun tracking system.

The seasonal panel angle is the south-central angle, which is 22 degrees during the spring and fall equinoxes, 34 degrees during the winter solstice, and 10 degrees during the summer solstice.

Corrections to the seasonal south-central angles are made only four times a year and are done by hand. The base of the panel rotates around its center of gravity, so no great force is required and it is easy to do.

Thanks to this ingenuity, the power generation efficiency is more than 70%, more than double the normal efficiency, from 9:00 to 4:00, even during this season when the weather is good. (Normally, it is about 30%.)

数年前に植え替えて花咲が良くなかったフジバカマを再度、移植した結果、数は少ないが今年は良く咲きました。

その結果、数年間途絶えていた、1000キロから2000キロも飛行移動すると言われているアサギマダラの最初の一匹の飛来を今シーズン初めて我が家でも確認できました。

After several years of not blooming very often since its replanting, the Fujibakama (boneset, thoroughbred) bloomed well this year, albeit in small numbers, thanks to the replanting again.

As a result, for the first time this season, we were able to confirm the arrival of the first Asagimadara, which is said to make a flight migration of 1,000 to 2,000 kilometers, in our garden after several years of absence.

With the lowered (?) concern of Covid-19 infections, I will be attending two technical exhibitions and an online seminar on my own theme this month of November.

It is very important for both individuals and companies to see and hear about new technological trends and levels of technology. It is also very helpful to see and hear the opinions of experts.

最近は毎年秋口になると、日本でも盛り上がりを見せているイベントに「ハロウィン（ハロウィーン）」があります。（場所によってはバカ騒ぎで困っているところもあるようですが。）

キリスト教では、ハロウィンの翌日（11月1日）は「諸聖人の日（万聖節）」という祝日にあたります。諸聖人の日とは、キリスト教におけるすべての聖人を記念する日です。

先日の上京の時に、アメリカの基地で通訳として勤務している友人から装飾用の大きなアメリカ産のカボチャをいただき、尾道まで持ち帰りました。

時期はずれますが、年末に孫たちが帰郷した時にカボチャのランタンを作る予定です。

In Christianity, the day after Halloween (November 1) falls on All Saints' Day. All Saints' Day is a day to commemorate all the saints in Christianity.

On a recent trip to Tokyo, a friend of mine who works as an interpreter at an American base gave me a large American pumpkin for decoration, which I brought back to Onomichi.

It may not be the right time, but I plan to make pumpkin lanterns when my grandchildren return home at the end of the year.

日本は国として1990年代から過去30年間、国力の土台である科学技術育成、経済育成、生産性向上などを怠ってきた結果、貧しい国になりました。

これは世界で二流と言われている日本の政治家と努力しない国民によるものです。

一ヶ月ほど前？に1ドルが140円ほどになったのもつかの間、10月24日、再び円安となりました。

日本自身が国力を強靭化しないでアメリカの景気とアメリカとの金利差だけで変化する為替レートに一喜一憂すること自体はナンセンスですが、弱い日本を表していることは事実です。

1990年代から過去30年間の歴代の日本の16名の首相（宮沢～岸田、内6名は現在の野党から）たちと現在裏金問題を追及されている国会議員たちによる責任は重大です。

以下は国力衰退化をもたらした例のいくつかです。

・村山元首相と亀井元大臣による住専問題（20年前）処理のための銀行への費用交付。

・安部元首相時のコロナ不況対策のための企業への費用交付。

・安部元首相・菅元官房長官によるコンビによるアベノミクスと称したマネーゲーム奨励。

・小泉元首相による非正規雇用と格差を拡大した小泉改革。

・歴代の首相17名すべてが行った技術不足、経営能力不足の退場すべき企業への無駄で大量の助成金交付。

As a nation, Japan has become a poor country over the past 30 years since the 1990s as a result of its failure to nurture science and technology, foster its economy, and improve productivity, which are the foundation of its national strength.

This is due to Japanese politicians, who are considered second-rate in the world, and its people that has stopped trying and making efforts.

About a month ago (?), the Japanese yen dropped to about 140 yen toa dollar. The yen was weakened again on October 24.

It is nonsense to be happy or sad about the exchange rate, which changes only based on the U.S. economy and the difference in interest rates between Japan and the U.S. without strengthening Japan's own national strength, but it is a fact that the yen is showing a weak Japan.

The 16 Japanese prime ministers in the past 30 years since the 1990s (Miyazawa to Kishida, including 6 from the current opposition party) and the Diet members who are currently under scrutiny for their slush funds are to blame.

The following are some of the examples that have contributed to the decline of Japan's national power.

・The granting of tax money to banks to deal with the Jusen problem (20 years ago) by former Prime Minister Murayama and former Minister Kamei.

・The subsidy to companies to deal with the Corona recession during the time of former Prime Minister Abe.

・The combination of former Prime Minister Abe and former Chief Cabinet Secretary Kan, who caused the “Molly, Kake, and Sakura” problems, encouraged money games named Abenomics.

・Former Prime Minister Koizumi's Koizumi Reforms that increased irregular employment and inequality.

・Wasteful and massive subsidies to companies that should have left the stage due to lack of technology and management skills by all the 16 prime ministers.

自家発電電気は100％使用：

400Whのパネルと1000Wの蓄電池を使った発電・蓄電システムで、夏の間はエアコンを昼間の8時間ほど運転できましたが、秋から冬は冷蔵庫、パソコン、テレビに使用します。

我家の冷蔵庫の消費電力は150Whくらいですから、日中は発電中（平均で200 - 300Wh）の電気を使用し、余った電気を蓄電池に蓄電すれば、夜中の6時間くらいは給電可能です。

蓄電池が空になり、給電できなくなった時点で、商用電源に自動的に切り替わるように自作していますので冷蔵庫の運転は継続します。

こうすれば日中に自家発電された電気は100％自家使用できます。

100% use of the self-generated electricity:

With the power generation and storage system using 400Wh panels and 1000W storage batteries, we were able to run our air conditioner for about 8 hours during the summer daytime, but from fall to winter it can be used for the refrigerator, computer, and TV.

The power consumption of our refrigerator is about 150Wh, so if we use the electricity being generated (200-300Wh on average) during the day and store the surplus electricity in the storage battery, we can supply power for about 6 hours during the night.

When the storage battery becomes empty and cannot supply power, the refrigerator will continue to operate because it has been designed to automatically switch to commercial power.

In this way, 100% of the electricity generated during the day can be used in-house.

自己都合と暑さで数ヶ月不参加だった90分の集いに先日、21日（土）に4か月ぶりに参加しました。

頭の体操、情報交換などの後、私のギター演奏を披露しますが、今回は「マラゲーニャ」で参加者の皆さんには元気を出してもらいました。

毎回、会の終わりには全員で私のギターに合わせて歌を歌って会を締めくくりますが、今回、3曲目として新しく「バラが咲いた」を選曲しました。所属していたアランブラギタークラブの三重奏演奏を伴奏にして私がソロでメロディを弾く形です。今後、数か月間はこの曲が締めくくり曲です。

After several months of not participating due to personal reasons and the heat, I recently attended a 90-minute gathering for the elderly in the community on Saturday, the 21^st for the first time in 4 months.

After exercising our brains and exchanging information, I usually perform my guitar, and this time “Malagueña,” which cheered up all the participants.

At the end of each meeting, we all sing a song to my guitar to close the meeting, and this time, I selected a new song, “Bloomed Roses,” as the third song for this gathering. I played the melody as a soloist accompanied by the triplet performance of the Alhambra Guitar Club, to which I had belonged. This song will be the closing music for the next few months.

小型・高効率太陽光発電・蓄電システムによる地球気候変動防止 (2)

暑い日々が長く続いた今年の夏、我が家では通常の十分の一のサイズの小さな小型・高効率太陽光発電・蓄電システムで毎日、11時頃から夕方まで涼しい部屋で過ごし、熱中症を予防できました。

このシステムは発電パネルと蓄電池は既製品使って、私がそれを高効率化する試験とデータ収集のために身の回りの材料で、日曜大工で自作しました。（但し、パネルの方向変更のための電動モーターは\7,000で購入しましたが。）

我が家では節電以外に、これが地球気候変動対策の具体的な行動の一つです。

夏場の天気の良い日、一台のエアコン電気消費量を一日4kW（500W、8時間運転）とした場合、現在の小さな発電・蓄電システムから全使用量の80パーセントの3.2kWを供給できます。

（その内訳はパネル発電で2.4kW（300W、8時間発電）、蓄電池から800W (100W、8時間供給）

During the long hot days of this summer, we were able to stay in a cool room from around 11:00 a.m. until evening every day with a small, high-efficiency solar power generation and storage system that is one-tenth the size of a normal system, thanks to which we did not have a heatstroke.

This system uses off-the-shelf power generation panels and storage batteries, and I built it myself with materials I had around me for making its generation much more efficient and collecting data. （But, the electric motor to change the direction of the panel was purchased for 7,000 Yen ($50).)

In our house, besides saving electricity, this is one of the concrete actions we are taking against global climate change.

On a nice summer day, when the electricity consumption of one air conditioner is 4 kW per day (500 W, 8 hours operation), the current small power generation and storage system can supply 3.2 kW, 80 percent of the total usage.

(2.4 kW from the panel generation (300 W, 8 hours) and 800 W from a storage battery (100 W, 8 hours supply).

特に政治家に多く見られる性格と彼らが発症しやすい病気です。

都合の悪いことは“記憶にない”を連発して追及をかわすのが通例です。

その嘘を暴くのが具体的証拠、写真や音声録音ですが、統一教会事件のように死んだ人（安部元首相）に責任を押し付ければ、自身への追及からは逃れられます。

とにかく政治家の発言はこの嘘つき、健忘症、無責任症のために信用度が低いし、仮に信じても騙されるだけです。

更に、日本人政治家のDNAは過去を世代交代や誰かの死でチャラにすることです。

このDNAは現在の自民党の総裁選挙の討論を聞いていても同じで、安倍政権のモリ・カケ・サクラや裏金問題、統一教会問題への反省はありません。

歴代の首相で310万人もの日本人死者とその家族を不幸にした先の大戦を反省し、被害者に納得できる戦後処理した人はいません。

結論：アメリカには嘘が多い大統領候補がいるように、日本にも反面教師にできる政治家はたくさんいます。

This is a character and a disease that is particularly prevalent among politicians.

They usually dodge the question by repeatedly saying “I don't remember” when something is inconvenient.

The only way to uncover such lies is to use concrete evidence, such as photographs or voice recordings, but as in the Unification Church case, if the responsibility is placed on a dead person (like a former Prime Minister Abe), they can escape from being pursued themselves.

In any case, statements by politicians have little credibility because of their lying, amnesia, irresponsibility, and even if you believe them, you will only be deceived.

Furthermore, the DNA of Japanese politicians is to chalk up the past to generational change or someone's death.

This is the same when listening to the current LDP presidential election debate, with no reflection on the Abe administration's Mori, Kake, Sakura, slush fund, and Unification Church issues.

None of the previous Japanese prime ministers since the end of World War II have reflected on the 3.1 million Japanese dead and their families' misfortunes, and none of them have dealt with the postwar situation in an acceptable way to the victims.

Conclusion: Just as the U.S. has a presidential candidate who is full of lies, Japan has many politicians we can use as our antagonists.
