時間配分と英語ボランティア活動　Time allocation and English-related volunteering　

私は以下の5つの分野で時間を使っています。

健康、趣味、情報交換（社会的ふれあい）、ボランティア活動、仕事。

自分でボランティア活動というのもおこがましいですが、英語の分野の一つ「尾道無料英会話道場（OESS）」は地域に根差したものですが、今年で46年目に入ります。

2014年に開始した全国的な「英検1級（同等）資格者ネットワーク in 日本（E1N）」は現時点で150名以上の参加者を得て、規模が毎年少しずつ拡大しています。

いずれも参加者による相互啓発で活動が継続し成り立っていますので、私が行っていることはわずかです。

Time allocation and English-related volunteering:

I spend my time in the following five areas.

Health, Hobbies, Information Exchange (Social Interaction), Volunteer Activities, and Work.

It is a bit presumptuous to call myself a volunteer, but in the field of English, one of them is the Onomichi Free English Conversation Dojo, which is a community-based programme now in its 46th year.

The 2^nd one is a nationwide activity, the Eiken Level 1 (or equivalent) Qualified Persons Network in Japan, which was launched in 2014, with more than 150 participants as of now, and is gradually expanding each year.

In both cases, the activities are ongoing and the basis is the mutual enlightenment of the participants. What I do is only a small part.
