司法への信頼度低下は対岸だけの問題ではなく、日本でも同じでしょう。

その原因は異なっても、例えば弁護士による2次被害、拝金志向の弁護士によるＴＶ宣伝、自らの背信行為を隠して他人の背信行為を追求する弁護士、大阪地方検察庁の元検事正の事件、政治家の裏金問題、他など。
