体外衝撃波破砕術後の定期健診 Routine medical checkups after extracorporeal shock wave ablation surgery

いわゆる健康診断の他に毎年12月にもう一つ定期的な検診を私は受けています。

それが昨日、5日でした。

30歳代からの尿管結石に悩まされていましたが、10数年前に3回の体外衝撃波破砕術（＊）で腎臓にできていたすべての石を粉砕して体外に出したので、その悩みはなくなりました。

その後は他の2つの項目で年一回の追跡チェックのための定期健診を受けていますが、今年も異常はありませんでした。感謝。

（＊）体外衝撃波破砕術：衝撃波を身体の外から結石にあて、体に傷をつけることなく結石を砂状に破砕する方法です。 通常 30～60 分の治療で 3,000～5,000 発の衝撃波を当てます。 破砕された結石は、多くは尿とともに自然に排泄されます。費用は約 90,000 円（3 割負担・日帰り）

In addition to the so-called physical examination, I have another regular checkup every December.

That was yesterday, the 5th.

I had been suffering from ureteral stones since I was in my 30s, but since I had undergone extracorporeal shock wave crushing surgery (*) three times more than 10 years ago to crush all the stones in my kidneys and remove them from my body, I no longer had that problem.

Since then, I have had regular checkups for follow-up checkups once a year for the other two items, and again there have been no abnormalities this year as well, for which I appreciate very much.

(*) Extracorporeal shock wave crushing: A method in which shock waves are applied to the stones from outside the body to crush them into sand without damaging the body. Usually, 3,000 to 5,000 shock waves are applied in a 30-60 minute treatment. Most of the crushed stones are excreted spontaneously with urine. The cost is approximately 90,000 yen (30% of the total cost, one-day treatment).
