どんな言語でも必要と感じ、習得の強い意思があれば誰でも自ら習得できます。

どんな言語でも文法的な要素があり、この文法的な内容は誰かが誰かに教えることはできますが、言語そのものは教えることはできません。

ベストな英語の日本人先生は実用的な良いスキル(文科省の基準は英検準１級以上、TOEIC730点以上)を持ちながら、文法的に生徒の指導ができる人ですが、その数は不足しています。
