小さな賃貸ビル(現在、満室)に先々月(5月27日、夜)の雨で雨漏りが生じました。

建築工事関係者の意見を聞いた後で、板金工事と屋根塗装工事を終えました。
昔の寺院などが数百年以上も耐えられるには瓦の下に雨漏りがあってもダメージを避ける工夫、すなわち丁寧な工事がおこなわれているから、とお寺の住職さんから聞いたことがあります。
総じて最近の建物の外見は立派ですが、目には見えない部分がある意味では手抜きされているのでしょう。
もちろん、支払う建築費用によりますが。
