2023旅の思い出　　2023 Memories of trips

私は数年間、コロナ禍で外出を控えていましたが、今年2023年は6月に家族の祝い事で東京へ、そして11月は短期旅行で五島列島へ、そして東洋紡時代の旧友との再会など、国内での非日常を少し味わうことができました。

離れて住んでいる子供や孫たちの帰省の旅も私たちにとっては嬉しいものでした。

来年2024年もいくつかの場所への旅行や家族の再会の旅ができればと願っています。

Although the Corona disaster has kept us from going out for a few years, we, my wife and I, were able to experience a little bit of an extraordinary time in Japan this year 2023, first to Tokyo in June for family celebration, then to the Goto Islands on a short trip in November and I could see a good old friend of mine, both of us worked for TOYOBI, also in November.

The return trips of our children and grandchildren who live far away from us have been a joy for us as well.

We hope to be able to travel to some other places and have family reunions next year in 2024 as well.
