一昨日、12月23日の朝日新聞の土曜日版にその紹介記事が掲載されていました。
野菜などにかけるだけで一品できあがる、という手軽なドレッシングです。
440年の歴史を持つこの会社を2004年に取材放送しましたが、その動画内容を私も先日12月8日に以下のサイトで復刻版として紹介しました。
偶然ですが、地元の良い商品、良い技術を知ってもらえることは嬉しいですね。
This is the name of a dressing product manufactured by Onomichi Zousu Vinegar Co.
The day before yesterday, December 23, the Saturday edition of the Asahi Shimbun carried an article introducing the product.
It is a simple dressing that makes a dish ready to serve just by pouring it over vegetables.
I had introduced this 440-year-old company in 2004 and again introduced the company in a reprint of my 2004 interview broadcast the other day on December 8 this month on the following website.
It is a coincident, but I am glad to make people aware of good local products and technology.
