①  AI翻訳技術の進化: AIによる機械翻訳技術はますます進化しており、高度な人工知能を活用した翻訳モデルが登場しています。しかし、完全なAI自動翻訳がすぐに実現するわけではなく、特に専門的な分野や感情豊かな文章の翻訳においては、人間の翻訳家の役割が重要です。AI（機械）翻訳技術は補完的な役割を果たします。

②  リモート通訳の増加: グローバル化が進む中で、AIリモート通訳の需要が増加します。テクノロジーの進化により、遠隔地からでも高品質な通訳が可能となり、イベントや会議、ビジネス取引などで活用されます。しかし、AI通訳においても専門的な分野や感情豊かな対話においては人間の通訳家の役割とチェックが重要です。

③  専門分野への特化: より専門的な分野におけるAI翻訳通訳の需要が高まると考えられます。医療、法律、テクノロジー、科学などの分野では、高度な専門知識が求められるため、専門的な人間の翻訳家が重宝されます。

However, fully automated AI translation will not be a reality anytime soon, and the role of human translators is still important, especially in specialized fields and for emotionally rich texts; AI (machine) translation technology will play a complementary role.

②  Increased remote interpretation: As globalization continues to advance, the demand for AI remote interpretation will increase. Advances in technology will enable high-quality interpretation from remote locations for use at events, conferences, and business transactions. However, even with AI interpreting, the role and checks of human interpreters are important in specialized areas and in emotionally rich dialogue.

③  Specialization: Demand for AI translation and interpretation in more specialized fields will increase. Fields such as medicine, law, technology, and science require a high level of specialized knowledge, and thus specialized human translators will come in handy.

④  Importance of cultural adaptation: In addition to accurately translating the message to be conveyed, it is also important to properly convey cultural nuances and idiomatic expressions. Because of the need for cultural adaptability, human translators need to hone not only their linguistic skills, but also their cross-cultural communication skills.

⑤  Importance of education and training: The translation and interpretation industry is constantly changing and requires ongoing education and professional training. Keeping up with new language trends and technological advancements is important to remain competitive.

The general consensus is that while the industry is changing with the development of AI machine translation technology, the role of the human translator will not disappear, but rather a higher level of specialization and cultural understanding will likely be required.
