水道水の水漏れ 　Water Leakage

市の上下水道局から賃貸ビル（ただいま満室御礼）の上水道の水漏れの指摘と連絡がありました。

尾道市の指定給水装置工事事業者に原因のチェックを依頼して、原因が水洗トイレのツマミが緩んでいたことが分かり、一件落着となりました。

水道管パイプ破壊などの重大な事故でなかったことが幸いでした。

貴重な水資源ですから、夏は特に、大切に使わなければいけません。

賃貸ビルの満室化の秘訣（？）は後日、ビジネス関係の投稿で明らかにします。

The city's water and sewerage department contacted us to point out a water leak in the water supply system of our building for rent (with 5 rooms fully occupied now).

We asked one of Onomichi City's designated water supply equipment contractors to check the cause and they found that the cause was a loosened knob on a flush toilet, and the problem was solved.

We were fortunate that it was not a serious accident such as a water pipe breakage.

Water is a precious resource, and we must use it carefully especially in summer.

The secret(?) to filling a rental building will be revealed in a later business-related post.
