風邪の原因　Cause of cold

精神的、肉体的な理由があるかもしれませんが、私の場合、油断でしょう。

最近、過去一か月という短い間に2度目の風邪をひきましたが、原因はホテルでの朝食時に薄着過ぎたこと、そして新幹線の中で居眠りしたことです。

いずれも上着を一枚重ね着しておけば防げたはずですから、油断という他ありません。

他者への感染を防ぐという意味もあり、先週は2つの会合を欠席しました。

There may be mental or physical reasons for that, but in my case, it would be carelessness.

Recently, I caught my second cold in the short period of time of a month, which was caused by wearing too light clothing at breakfast in the hotel and falling asleep on the Shinkansen.

Both colds could have been prevented if I had worn a jacket over my clothes, so I can only say that I was careless.

I missed two meetings last week, partly because of preventing transmission to others.
