何故この時期に、この技術開発を紹介したかの理由ですが、以下の通りです。

デジタル技術で待機電力消費量は減少してきましたが、ゼロにすることは不可能です。

デジタル技術、チップは常に電源供給がなければ作動しないからです。

しかし、私が開発した自動節電（電源オフ）でゼロにできます。

それが以前、NTTがこの技術と同様の技術を採用した理由です。
