一昨日、新年の3日（火曜日）に所用でお参りしたこのお寺さんで初めて聴かせていただき、大変落ち着いた気分になりました。

This is "Chant and Heart Sutra" created by the head priest of a temple I am close to.

The day before yesterday, on Tuesday, the 3rd of the New Year, I visited him at this temple on business and listened to it for the first time, which made me feel very calm.
