定期健康診断　　Periodic Health Examination

昨年までは毎年、いわゆる「人間ドック」で健康診断をしてもらっていました。

今年からは後期高齢者（75歳以上）の仲間入りということで、「後期高齢者健診」を昨日、これまでと同じ病院で受けました。

健診直後の診断では今年も異常は見つかりませんでした。

検査項目は少なくなりますが、毎年の保険、お守りという気持ちで受診します。

I had my annual health checkups named a so-called "Ningen Dock" (literally means a dockyard for a human body) every year until last year.

This year, since I have turned to be a latter-stage senior citizen, older than 75, I had a "latter-stage senior citizen health checkup" yesterday at the same hospital as before.

Nothing wrong was found this year as well in the diagnosis immediately after the checkup.

Though having fewer checking items, I take the checkup as an annual insurance and a good-luck charm.
