紫外線露光装置(2)と今後の予定　　Ultraviolet rays irradiator and experiments plan

自作した紫外線露光装置でデザインの細部まで正確にシルクスクリーンが製作できるかどうかテストしました。

細線や細かな点も露光で再現されており、テストは成功でした。

環境に優しい染色法の開発を目的として捺染方法の試験を行うのにスクリーンは不可欠ですが、これは写真・図・絵（カラー又は白黒）をいくつかの工程で処理して作ります。

更に、捺染（プリント）試験と並行して希望する方々には好きな写真・図・絵を送っていただきマイプリント（新ブランド）としてオンリーワンのプリント商品をお届けすることも計画しています。

I have finished testing the irradiator of my own making, finding that it can irradiate well as designed and the precise patterns of the curved thin lines and the acute angles can be obtained.

The patterned silk screens, which can be made through some procedures, are indispensable for developing the more ecological printing method.

Furthermore, I have a plan to produce the printed products under the new brand of ‘MyPrint’, which enable to make the only one printed shirt or other kinds of clothes using the favorite pictures, patterns sent from the customers.

It could be also possible for them to experience the screen making and printing procedure.
