音楽と英語　Music and English

上手・下手は別として、私は両方とも好きです。

その共通点として必要な事を‘覚える’こと、‘詰め込む’ことが大切です。

演奏時、特にソロ演奏の場合、前に置いてある楽譜は‘弾くためのもの’ではなく飾りみたいなもの、単なる参考です。

楽譜は前もって体（頭、手、目、耳など）で‘覚えて’おかなければ演奏できません。

英語も体（頭、口、耳、耳など）で‘覚えて’おかなければ、その場で翻訳していては臨機応変な対応はできません。

この意味において高等学校までの基本知識の‘詰め込み’教育は重要で不可欠です。

Apart from the fact that I am good or bad at them, I like the both.

All the music should be learned by heart beforehand by using brain, hands, eyes, ears. Otherwise they can’t perform well enough to satisfy the audiences.

The same thing can be said in foreign language learning.

Before we use the foreign languages in a practical manner. It should be memorized beforehand by using brain, mouth, eyes, ears and hands. Otherwise it can’t be used depending on the time and situation.

In this respect, cramming baseline knowledge at school (up to high school) is important and indispensable.
