オンライン面談　Online interview

コロナ禍のためにリモートワーク、オンライン面談が急増しているようですが、私も最近は月に数回の面談をスカイプやズームなどのアプリを利用して行っています。

私が主宰している英検１級（&同等資格）者ネットワーク（https://www.office-ktk.jp/%E8%8B%B1%E6%A4%9C%EF%BC%91%E7%B4%9A%E8%B3%87%E6%A0%BC%E8%80%85%E3%83%8D%E3%83%83%E3%83%88/）では登録希望者の内、6割くらいの方々が英検面接試験委員に登録されることを希望し、その依頼のために連絡を取ってこられます。

これらの方々には「自己紹介」と「英検面接試験委員」への思いを書面でいただきますが、最終支援が面談です。

私はネットワーク主宰者として、過去30年弱の英検面接試験委員の経験者としてオブザーバーとしてオンライン面談に参加しています。

写真は数日前のものですが、関東にお住いの英検１級者2名と面談させていただいた時の様子です。

今月中には更に岩手県、長崎県の希望者との面談を予定しています。

全体の様子の動画もありますが、一般公開はせず、ご希望者のみにご覧いただくようにしています。

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, more and more interviews online and teleworking are said to be carried out. I myself also have a few online interviews using Skype or other apps for those who want to be STEP examiners after their participating STEP 1st Graders’ (& Equiv.) Network in Japan.

Getting their self-introduction and reasons to be STEP examiners, we have interviews either online or in person with the active STEP examiner who support him or her.

I join the online meetings as an observer because I have been residing this network with about 30 year-long STEP examiner experience.

The entire filmed interview procedure is not released, but showed only for those who have the same wish to be STEP examiners.
