過去100年以上もほとんど変化のない日本の英語教育が10年で変わるとは思いませんが、歴代の総理大臣はどのくらい努力をしたのでしょうか。
もっとも優秀な通訳付きで世界を飛び回るのですから語学力は必要ないですね。(多くの日本の大企業トップも同じですが。)

I don’t think the Japanese English education situation that has been improved little in the past 100 years can be changed in 10 years, but I wonder how much efforts have been made by current
Prime Minister Abe and the previous premiers.
Understandably they don’t need the language ability because they are always accompanied by talented interpreters. (That is also the case with many of the big company presidents.)
