親子で防災訓練？　Disaster drill by a family

先日、早朝の散歩コース沿いの川の浅瀬でカルガモ親子を見かけました。
親鳥が心配そうに子ガモ見守る様子は梅雨の合間にあたかも水の防災訓練をしているかのように見えました。
今日、明日の尾道はこの梅雨で2回目の大雨が予報されています。
カルガモ親子も無事でありますように。
I saw a spot-billed duck family at a shallow water of the river the other day while walking in the early morning.
The mother was carefully watching her babies, which looked as if they had been doing their emergency drill against the possible flood between rains in the rainy season.
The heavy rain is forecasted today and tomorrow in our area of Onomichi for the 2nd time in this rainy season.
I wish the duck family stay safe.
