大学入試への英語民間試験導入の混乱(2)　Chaos caused by the private sector English test introduction to university exams (2)

この混乱は簡単には収まらないでしょう。
その根底にあるのは私たち日本人がまだ無意識に？まだ持っている？消えない外国人（白人）コンプレックスでしょう。
しかし、今回の混乱の直接的な大きな原因は以下の間違いからだと思います。
1.ほとんどの大学は自らの責任で受験者に直接試験を実施する義務を放棄している。
2.文科省が民間と結託して？試験を民間に丸投げしている。
3.7種の異なる私的な会社のテスト基準が標準化され、公平な採点になるはずがない。
The dust will not be cleared easily.
The basic cause may be our unconsciously deep-rooted inferior complex to the foreigners (whites) among us Japanese people (?).
But the direct reasons for the confusion this time seem to me as follows.
1.The universities themselves have abandoned their duties to give the entrance examinations directly to the candidate students.
2.The Education Ministry has thrown things to the private sector test companies in collusion.
3.Seven different evaluation standards of the private sector tests can’t be fair in rating.
