契約無視への対処:
ビジネスの遂行には契約が伴い、その契約には更新規定があり、必要に応じて更新契約が定期的に締結されます。
契約の当事者が契約更新を意図的に無視することは小規模事業者ではめずらしいことではないようです・・・・。
このような契約社(者)は契約時や契約期間中に非常識な主張をすることもよくあります。
このような場合、契約は目先の利益にとらわれずに早目に解約決着した方が無難、と私は考えています。
Method for coping with defiance of the contract:
Business usually needs mutual contracts in which the renewal clause is included and the renewal contracts are concluded periodically as needed.
It is not rare for small-scale companies or individuals to neglect the business contracts intentionally.
They often insist stupid things when the contracts are concluded or during the contract period.
In these cases the contracts should be terminated as early as possible to settle it.
