得意と好きを生かす：
いずれも何かを長く継続し、生きがいとするための条件、キーワードですが、仕事にこれらを生かすことは容易ではありません。
今は戦後時代と異なり物とサービスがあふれており、人は何かが得意で好きであっても関係する分野でトップになることも容易ではありません。
このように考えると新しい元号になるこれからの時代は多くの若者にとって、決して容易なものではないのでしょう。
しかし、得意なことや好きなことをより多く組み合わせれば、トップになれなくてもオンリーワンに近づくことは比較的容易で、長続きし、有意義な人生につなげることができる、と私は信じています。
Good use of strong points and favorite things:
These are the key words for us to continue doing something for a long time and make it reasons for living. 
But it is not easy to make these useful into our work.
Different from the postwar era, it is now a time of abundance with materials and services so that it is not easy to be the best even in the fields where they are good at what they like.
Given this perspective, it will not easy for the youth to live in the new era that starts this year in Japan. 
But combining more of what they are good at and what they love would make them come close to something only one rather easily, which leads to their lasting and meaningful life, I personally believe.
