外国人労働者と言語障壁：
今後、技術研修生を含めた外国人材が日本で増えることは必然ですが、報道されているように日本（政府、企業）の彼らに対する日本語能力への要求がネックになっています。
お互いの意思疎通や理解には一方的でなく両者で同じように努力をすることが基本です。
一方的なアプローチ、強要であるべきではありません。
我々日本人は日本語が世界ではマイナーであることを自覚し、特に採用企業及び担当者は自分でもっと外国語の習得努力をすべきでしょう。
Language barriers the foreign workers face:
It is unavoidable to accept the guest workers including the technical trainees into Japan, but it has been hampered by Japanese Government’s (or companies’) demand on the Japanese language ability imposed on them.
We should make mutual and equal efforts to understand and communicate each other better. 
It should not be one-sided approach or enforcement.
We Japanese should recognize that our Japanese language is a minor one in the world and the companies and their employees concerned must make utmost efforts to learn foreign languages by themselves.
