高額な内障子、人手不足による高い労賃が要因？：
これまでのアルミサッシ・ガラス窓の断熱効果を高める方法として二重ガラス、樹脂枠などがあるようです。
2年前、事務所に木製内障子を設置して断熱効果とソフトな雰囲気が得られましたので家の窓にも同様の工事をするつもりで見積依頼しましたらビックリするような見積額が提示されました。
全てのモノが高くなっていますが、日本に蔓延する慢性的な人手不足が要因のようです。
Expensive shoji screen by higher labor cost due to the chromic labor shortage:
It is said the double-glazed glass and/or the resin frames have the better insulation effect against the commonly used aluminum sash glass windows.
Two years ago we had the shoji (paper) screen wooden doors installed inside the glass windows in the office, which gave us the better insulation effect and the softer atmosphere.
So we asked the same estimation request for the windows in the house, but the estimation was surprisingly high.
It maybe because of the prevailed chronic labor shortage every field in Japan though everything is rising in price.
