必要性と習熟度：
一昨日、「第18回、外国人による日本語スピーチ大会」が尾道で行われました。
大会参加者は尾道在住の11名で、大別して、英語教育関係者、大学留学生そして海外技術研修生でした。
言語習得度は置かれている環境に大きく左右されますが、この3つのグループにもそのことが明らかに感じられました。
（言語）習得の必要性が生活や仕事に直結すればするほど、（言語）習熟は速くなります。
Learning level depends on necessity:
The day before yesterday the 18th international speech contest in Japanese was held in Onomichi.
Eleven foreigners all living in Onomichi participated in the contest and they were broadly divided into 3 groups, the English education related persons, the university students and the technical trainees.
The language learning speed depends on their living circumstances, which is true with these 3 groups.
The more directly the (language) learning necessity is connected with their life or work, the faster they can learn (the language).
