今週木曜日の尾道無料英会話の例会ではニューヨークから尾道に移住しているラッセルさんの司会で彼が準備した「ソバの歴史」についての資料を討論の対象にします。
彼の前職はシェフです。
アメリカの人が準備した伝統的な日本の食べ物、ソバについての討論ですから不思議な世界？になるかも。
At the regular ESS meeting (free of charge) this coming Thursday, the discussing item is titled “History of Soba (buckwheat noodle)” prepared by Mr. Noel Russell from New York, USA now living in our city of Onomichi.

It may be a strange world to talk about the traditional Japanese food of Soba since the topic has been prepared by an American.
