気力：
今回の記録的豪雨による市内全域での断水は不可抗力で個人の力では解決できない困難でした。
このような不可抗力状態を初めて経験しましたが、人間は不可抗力の状態で気力を奪われるものだと、初めて悟りました。
気力維持にはできるだけ日常の活動を守ることだとも悟りました。
Spirit:
The no-water situation all over the city caused by the record-breaking heavy rain this time was beyond human control.
This is my first experience of inevitable force, by which I have realized we lose our energy in a resistless state.
And I have also learned keeping routine activities as much as possible is effective to maintain our spirit.
