通常の生活パターンへ 　Back to the usual lifestyle pattern

ゴールデン・ウィーク明け：
先週の黄金週間の間、一週間ほど休んでいた週日の習慣、朝6時～7時のラジオでの英語の勉強、朝8時40分からのラジオ体操を今日から再開です。
After the Golden Week:
From today on, I resume the daily weekday activities such as learning English from 6:00 to 7:00, the radio gymnastic exercises from 8:40 to 8:50 and so on though I stopped them during the Golden Week last week.
