転勤の季節　Season of being transferred

転勤の季節：
先日、ラジオの投稿である奥さんからの主人の転勤へのグチを耳にしました。
転職は本人の都合ですが、転勤は組織の都合で決まり、単身赴任に伴う家庭崩壊、子供たちの転校に伴う友達関係の破壊や小さな人権侵害にもなり得ます。
もちろん、転勤による良い面もあります。
私が30歳前に会社を辞めた明らかな理由の一つは家族を持った後の転勤制度が嫌いだったからで、自発的自己防衛とも言えます。
Season of being transferred:
The other day on the radio I heard a lady’s complain about her husband being transferred often.
One can change his/her company for their own reasons, but the job relocations are made in accordance with the companies’ convenience and they often could cause the troubles of family breakdown followed by the transfer without family, friendship breakdown by children’s changing schools and other minor human-rights abuses.
Of course there should be merits of beingtransfrred.
One clear reason for my having quit the job a little before my thirty was that I could not accept the job transfer system after having family. It can be said a self-motivated personal defense.
