新しいスタート 　A new start

移動の季節：
ご存知の通り4月は新しい会計年度の始まりで、移動の季節です。
私の事務所もこれまで長く使用してきた建物から今月4月に移動しました。
これまで事務所、他に使用してきた部屋はすべて賃貸用（室内設備は無料使用可）にしてテナント募集を開始しました。

In Japan a new business year starts with April, which also means the spring is a season of move.
I myself have transferred our long-term used office in our own building in this month of April.
All the vacant rooms are now for rent with the office equipment for free use.
