お金だけが目的？ 　A single aim of making money?

働き方改革と“ふくぎょう”：
“ふくぎょう”に漢字を当てはめれば副業、複（数）業、そして（幸）福業があるようだと、NHKの番組で見ました。
いずれであっても、ややこしい事務的管理（保険、労務管理など）などを勤務先に丸投げし、給料を増やすことだけが目的の“ふくぎょう”は難しいでしょう。
言い換えれば、“ふくぎょう”したい人は別の仕事をすることに加えて上述の事務作業や業績管理などを自身でも管理する必要があります。
Changes in work style:
“Fukugyo” in Japanese pronunciation can be “second job”, ”double jobs” or “happy job” in English. 
Any of these three kinds of jobs must be difficult to be realized if the workers seek for only the salary increase with leaving all the complicated clerical work such as insurance, labor management or performance management to the company.
In other words, if they want to have “fukugyo”, they have to do the clerical work or the performance management by themselves besides doing another work.
