書く力と語学力バランス　Writing ability and the balanced language skills

英語会話力を習得しようとするときに聞くこと、話すことにエネルギーの大部分を注力する人がほとんどですが、同時に地道に書くことを並行すればより確実で正しい語学力を習得できます。
ほとんどの日本人は中学と高校で英語を教科学習します。そしてその経験を元にして自分は英語を書くこと、読むことは“できる”と言います。
しかし、それは間違いです。
実際にはほとんど”読めない“、”書けない“のです。そして、当然ですが、正確に聞けない、話せないのです。
Most people put their emphasis on listening and speaking when they want to get foreign language skills, but if they make as much as efforts in writing at the same time, their language skills should be much better, accurate and right.
Many Japanese say that they can read and write English because they studied it in junior and senior high schools. 
But they are often badly mistaken. They can’t actually write and read well enough and that is why they can’t listen and speak English, either.
