十年ひと昔　A decade ago

ウガンダ：
新聞記事は3年前のものですが、9年前、2008年にケニア、ルワンダと一緒にウガンダを訪問した時に私が現地でお目にかかりました方で、ウガンダでの日本人パイオニアです。
私は10年ほど前、第4回アフリカ開発会議の前後、ケニア、ウガンダ両駐日大使に頻繁にお目にかかりアフリカビジネスに少し力を入れていましたが、最近のケニア情勢を見聞きすると複雑な気持ちです。
Uganda：
The newspaper article is 3 years old and showed the Japanese pioneer there, whom I met on my trip there as well as Kenya and Rwanda 9 years ago in 2008.
I put some emphasis on African business about 10 years ago when TICAD IV (Tokyo International Conference on African Development IV) was held in Tokyo, seeing then Kenyan and Ugandan Ambassadors to Japan often. But the recent news from Kenya makes me baffled.
