腫瘍　Tumor

腫瘍と告げられるとドキッとするものだと思います。
このようなことが、最近、私自身の身にも起こりました。舌の表面に異変を感じ、開業医さんからは詳しく診察するために総合病院へ行くように言われました。
その後すぐに、紹介された総合病院に行き、直径5ミリほどの腫瘍を切除し、縫合してもらいました。
傷は小さかったのですが数日は食事に少しの困難を伴いました。でも、10日ほどで完治し、腫瘍も血管腫という良性のものと判り、今はホッとしています。
We usually get frightened when we are told we have tumors. 
This happened to me recently. I felt something strange on the surface of my tongue and the practitioner told me to go to the general hospital to get it checked further. 
Then soon after that, I visited the hospital and got the 5 mm sized tumor removed, being stitched the cut.
The wound was small, giving me some difficulty in eating, but I got recovered fully in about 10 days.
Later the tumor was proved to be a benign angioma and I have now felt much relieved.
