総合病院　General hospital

何十年ぶり？で訪れた市内の他の総合病院の新・旧診察券です。
街のお医者さんからの紹介でしたが、幸い、病気の方は深刻なものではありませんでした。
身近にいくつか総合病院があるので安心です。

The attached picture shows the old and the new patient registration cards of mine. 
I have visited this hospital for the first time in decades because the practitioner referred me to the doctor in this general hospital. Luckily, the problem was not serious. 
We can feel very easy since we have some nearby general hospitals in our city.
