日本のエンゲル係数　Engel's coefficient in Japan

この数年で日本のエンゲル係数はかなり高くなって25％を超えた、とのことです。言い換えれば、日本ではここ数年、生活水準が下がっているということです。誰の責任でしょうか？
やはり大企業だけが儲けても必ずしも一般市民の生活水準向上にはつながらないというこの結果がこれまでのアベノミクス実験結果でしょう。そして、今後も大きく改善することはないでしょう。
It is reported the Engel’s coefficient in Japan has become rather high in these years and exceeded 25%. 
In other words, the living standard in Japan has been lowered. 
Who are responsible for this? 
It means the experiment of Abenomics has proven that the major companies’ profits do not always lead to the better living standard of the ordinary people. The trend will not change in the future.
