会社同窓会  Company alumni

化学研究員の一員として約10年勤務していた東洋紡㈱を1976年に脱サラ、独立して今年で40年目です。
会社の同窓会は16年前の2000年から始まり、研究室単位では2年おきに、事業所単位及び事業部単位で不定期に開催され、参加回数は15年間で11回に上ります。
独立後は前職とは全く関係のない仕事でしたが、毎回、同窓会の案内をいただき参加できることを大変ありがたいと思っています。
今年もD2研究室の同窓会が楽しみです。
I have been independent businesswise for 40 years now since 1976, when I stopped working for TOYOBO Co. Ltd for 10 years as one of the chemical researchers. 
The number of reunions I joined with the company associates since 2000 is 11 times in 15 years. The reunion has been made every 2 years on a technical research section basis and irregularly on a business section and a branch basis. 
I have been highly grateful for being informed of the reunion every time and happy with being able to join them though I have had nothing to do with the former work after becoming self-employed. 
I am looking forward to the 12th reunion of D2 research section this year, too.
