湿りっぱなし　No support from the offense

昨日から雨模様ですが、カープは球場も打線も湿りっぱなし。そのせいか？結果はご承知の通り。
It has been rainy since yesterday and the home-field the Carp was wet yesterday. Maybe, because of that, the pitcher had no support from the offence and lost the game.
