雨漏れ  Rain water leak

現在、貸事務所・貸店舗として使用している建物（http://www.office-ktk.jp/貸事務所-貸店舗/）に雨漏りが発生したので点検してもらいました。
コーキング部分のひび割れから雨水が侵入しているのではないか？という診断でしたが、屋根全体の修理工事にはならないようなので少しほっとしています。
人間の体と同じように建物にもメンテナンスが必要です。　
I had the cause of the rain water leak checked on the roof of the building for rent. 
They said it may be due to the infiltration of rain water through the cracks of the caulked part. I felt a little easier because the repairing work will not be as large as we thought. 
The maintenance is needed to the building as well as to our body.
