新鮮魚介類、冬の味覚　Fresh fish and seafood, representative winter dish

いくら海の近くに住んでいても、釣りの趣味がなく、漁師さんでもなければ本当に生きのよい美味しい海の幸にはめったにめぐり会えません。しかし、昨年12月の蟹に続いて先日は朝水揚げされた生きたエビとゲンチョウをいただきました。味音痴の私でも大変おいしい、幸せと感じました。
We rarely have chances to eat the really fresh fish and seafood no matter how near the sea we live. It is because I am not a fisherman and I never do fishing for enjoyment either. But we luckily got very fresh living shrimp and cow-tongue caught in the morning from our friend again following the living crab last December. Really good food made me very happy though my sense of taste is messed up.
