木曜日は休日です。　Thursdays are holidays for me.

私のカレンダーでは10年くらい前から今日、木曜日は赤字で書いてあります。週末の土日と同じです。木曜日は勝手に気分的には休みとして、仕事モードでなく、スローライフの日としています。ネクタイなどは昔から嫌いですから、当然着用することはありません。昼食も妻の世話にはならず一人で勝手にします。精神的には大変リラックスでき、楽です。妻もそう（リラックスし楽に感じる）であればいいのですが。
In my calender, Thursdays have been written in red as well as Saturdays and Sundays since about 10 years ago. I make it a rule to spend Thursdays as my own private slow-life holidays not in working mode. I never wear a tie and I have lunch wherever and whatever I like without bothering my wife on Thursdays of course. I can be very much relaxed mentally, so does my wife, I hope.
