後継者問題　Successor problem

尾道大学のキャリア演習で大学生3名による企業訪問を6月19日と昨日7月24日に受けました。「後継者問題」という彼らが予想もしなかった課題を私から提案していましたが、若者の視点で熱心に取り組み、課題解決を図ってくれました。写真はプレゼン中のものです。
Three Onomichi City University students visited me at our office in June 19th and July 24th as a part of their career drill. They eagerly worked on “successor problem”, which none of them had expected to be given, from youth’s point of view and made efforts to solve it. The picture shows their presentation.
