ザクロの花　Balaustine

写真のように我家の庭のザクロにも今年もきれいで鮮やかなオレンジの花がたくさん咲いています。実は黄色の染料として使用できるとのことですが、花も木綿、麻、絹、羊毛などの天然繊維用に天然染料として使えるのではないかと思います。（実際にやったことはありませんが）
The pomegranate in our garden has now many blossoms (balaustine) in beautiful brilliant orange. I have heard the pomegranate bark can be used as a yellow dye and the blossoms also may be able to be used as a natural dye for natural fibers like cotton, hemp, silk and wool though I have never tried to.
