We have found two broken faucets in our house, which cause water leakage, one in the laundry and the other in the kitchen. Both have been used for a long time and I judged they should be replaced. The fully automatic washing machine is convenient, but the only one failure like water leakage makes it impossible to be used. The new mixing faucet used in the kitchen was not inexpensive. But as an overnight plumber, I have fixed both of them in two hours and enjoyed the work as well as saving about 10,000 yen ($100) of the labor cost, I guess.
