中小企業金融円滑化法　SME Financing Facilitation Act

亀井静香金融相(当時)の提唱で2009年12月に施行されました。中小企業延命策ですがほとんど意味がありません？でした。税金の無駄使い法の一つですが、誰も責任を取りません。政治家の票集めには役立ったでしょう。
This law has been enforced since December 2009 following a proposal by Shizuka Kamei, then Financial Services Minister. It is an almost meaningless life-extension act for SMEs and now facing the end. It is one of the tax money wasting laws, but no one takes the responsibility. It must have been useful for vote-getting for the politicians.
